Sarah’s 4.30pm yoga class is the perfect way to end your day and release… The class incorporates classic yoga poses with elements of flow to energise the body, before ending with longer held stretches and relaxation to set you up for a restful evening.

Sarah Cattrall studied dance and movement from a young age before exploring this further as an adult at Trinity Laban Conservatoire.  After a couple of years performing, she enrolled in a 2 year yoga teacher training programme at Triyoga in London. Her approach to yoga is mindful and sensitive. Classes always begin and end with breath work or relaxation whether you are looking for alignment based Haṭha yoga classes or a more gentle practice that facilitates rest and relaxation like Restorative yoga.
