I am a qualified and experienced counsellor combining several methodologies to help you through whatever challenges you are facing.

I will work with you to build the resilience to face your life and thoughts with discernment and honesty – free of the burden of shame and anxiety.

I hold an encouraging, supportive and caring space within which we can explore those parts of you that may currently seem unlovable, or even as yet may be unseen.  I help you to incorporate these parts of yourself to help you to live in a more full, complete and integrated way.

Alongside this work of insight and acceptance, it is important to determine your values.  What you would like to stand for in the world.  This will  allow you to focus on the many moments of each day in which it is possible, and enjoyable to live according to your true nature, and also to create a life that is infused with meaning and purpose, no matter what your external and internal circumstances.

Methodologies and philosophies:  Psychosynthesis – transpersonal psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ACT, Brain Working Recursive Therapy – BWRT, Focusing, Adlerian philosophy, yoga and meditation.
