Sarah’s Relax & Reset Yoga Workshop
7th July 2022 – 6.15pm – 7.45pm £20
This workshop will begin with some gentle Hatha yoga practice, involving poses that improve flexibility and strength, to reset the body after the Jubilee break. The latter half of the workshop will focus on restorative poses where the body is encouraged to relax and rest with the use of props and supports. By holding these poses for longer we can develop physical, mental and emotional relaxation, lowering stress levels and enhancing our moods.

Class members will be taught to relax, breathe and adopt good posture, gradually learning to de-stress.
Regular practice of these gentle exercises carries the possibility of quite impressive health improvements in
a great variety of conditions, including chronic problems, particularly for those who manage to go through a
few of the movements between the weekly classes.
