APRIL WORKSHOPS Hannah will be running a two week APRIL WORKSHOPS Hannah will be running a two week prenatal and postnatal workshops on Saturday 11th and Saturday 18th April at the Yoga Barn 🌟 Prenatal Pilates Workshop 🤰🏻 12:30pm-1:30pm Aimed at the third trimester (although feel free to come before then!) we will explore how Pilates can help to maintain strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing during pregnancy and postnatally as well as preparing the body physically for birth. Each session is thoughtfully structured to honor your energy levels and promote a balanced, resilient body. Modifications are provided throughout, making the course suitable for beginners as well as those with Pilates experience. Postnatal Pilates Workshop 👩‍🍼 11:30am- 12:15pm Little ones are totally welcome to this two week course where we will focus on ways in which you can rebuild strength, reconnect with your body and take some time to reconnect with your sense of self. This two-week postnatal Pilates course is designed for new mothers who want safe, supportive, and effective movement as they heal and regain confidence in their bodies. Last Saturday, we hosted our very first retreat at Last Saturday, we hosted our very first retreat at Jordans Courtyard! 🌿 The day was filled with relaxation and inspiration 2 yoga classes with Carolyn 🧘‍♀️ and we finished the day with a soothing Gong Bath by Aleka 🛎️. We enjoyed lunch in the Courtyard Café, followed by Jam Jar Posie making with Bramble and Wild 🌸. Volunteer Mornings in The Walled Garden: Join Gra Volunteer Mornings in The Walled Garden: Join Grace owner of Bramble & Wild in our walled garden for a morning of therapeutic garden tasks. B&W are proud curators of the walled garden at Jordans Courtyard, but it requires constant care and attention, whether that's planting, weeding, deadheading or watering - so if you need some time connecting with the soil and to feel your hands in the earth, book a place and spend a grounding morning with us. You will be working with Grace whilst having the opportunity to ask her your gardening & flower growing questions and you're welcome to take cuttings from our plants too. This is an energy exchange, perfect for those without a garden or needing some peaceful social time. There are no costs involved for you and we will provide a delicious hot drink and sweet treat in the cafe to refuel you afterwards. Absolutely no experience is necessary, just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn - it's a great opportunity to learn new skills or rediscover old ones.
