Enjoy a nurturing workshop which will help your body and mind slow down and release the stresses and strain of your week. You will be guided through slow flowing yoga sequences, incorporating calming breathing techniques which will encourage tense muscles to unravel. Then lie back on the heated floor for a blissful relaxation and guided meditation. Please bring along a large blanket as well as a yoga mat.
