Join Olivia for an introduction to Yin Yoga! We will be exploring slow, nourishing practices including long held, floor-based postures, grounding breathwork and deep relaxation. Expect encouragement to play with all the provided props to find shapes that work with your body, rather than against it – lots of variations will be offered.
Olivia (she/her) shares a holistic approach to yoga, drawing on a range of practices that work through the koshas – the layers of the body – through the physical, towards the energetic and emotional. Since finishing her yoga teacher training with the Devon School of Yoga in 2020, she has gone on to study with many wonderful yoga teachers including completing a 50 hour yin yoga training with Bernie Clark.
