This workshop will begin with some gentle Hatha yoga practice, involving poses that improve flexibility and strength. Prepare your body and mind for a restful time with this wind down session of restorative poses and calming practices. The latter half of the workshop will focus on restorative poses where the body is encouraged to relax and rest with the use of props and supports. By holding these poses for longer we can develop physical, mental and emotional relaxation, lowering stress levels and enhancing our moods. £20.00
