Learn the art of lamination, making flaky handcrafted croissants, and morning goods whilst understanding key factors necessary for effective layering of butter. Using quality UK ingredients from Shipton Mill and The Estate Dairy, you will learn the importance of gluten development and temperature control all wrapped up in a fun and hands on session. Ask those niggling questions over a cuppa, whilst picking up tips and tricks to perfect your bakes.

Workshops around 5.5 hours starting at 10.30am, includes a light lunch and refreshments at cafe on site.
