Just what you need to cool night sweats, ease irritability and get a good night’s sleep. The warmth of the summer can make sleeping more difficult.   This easy workshop is ultra relaxing with slow gentle movements to release tension.  Comfortable seated and laying down poses that soothe the nervous system and release heat from the body. It’s a wonderful way to wind down on a Friday evening.  Plus Zoë will share some simple quick and practical exercises you can easily do at home to help you sleep well. This workshop is ideal if you struggle to get to sleep during the summer or need some easy practices to ease your menopause symptoms. No yoga experience is needed, this workshop is suitable for complete beginners. £20
